#2 What format are audio and video materials provided in?
ALL products are provided in CD's and DVD's. ONLY our Elite Members will have opportunity to get our NEWEST products from month to month. Sometimes these NEW Products will even be an additional FREE Bonuses which Elite members can instantly download.

#3 How long will it take to receive my product? Please allow two weeks for your product to reach you if you live stateside. If you live outside the states please allow four weeks for your products to arrive.

#4 By what means are orders shipped? We ship via US Postal Service, UPS, DHL, FEDEX. It really depends on where the products are being shipped to. In most cases you will receive a tracking number once your product has been shipped.

#5 My credit card keeps getting declined online and I cannot live with out this product, what do I do? First double check that the numbers are correct. If it still doesn't work, call 541-535-3188 and have one of your friendly employees manually enter your credit card information.

#6 I would like to pay for my order with more than one credit card. Please call 541-535-3188 and give us which card you would like to use and how much on each card. Or Fax us at 541-535-8038 with the credit card number, expiration date, and the amount you wish to apply to each card.
